Cassava is a huge and very valuable tuber in the gastronomy of Latin America, it was practically a treasure for the Mayans who needed to sustain very large populations.

There are many ways to prepare yucca. We boil and then fry it and we find it delicious.

The portions can be a bit large so we always recommend it to share.
