Nachos Yucatán

A fusion of classic Mexican mole chicken, tasty and strong with Thai satay sauce, a slightly spicy sauce flavored with nuts, garlic and ginger.

This is how the chicken Satay mole was born, a recipe of ours that we season with cheese and jalapeño jam.

Not too spicy and nice with tortilla chips.
