Nachos Flor Azul

These nachos are very special. We prepare them with blue corn (also known as Hopy corn), cultivated in Chihuahua, mainly in the Sierra Tarahumara.

It is a food held to be sacred by many ancient cultures, used in different religious rituals..

We serve them with caraotas (black beans), feta cheese, sour cream and a mildly spicy sauce.
